How does it look like

This work combines movement, breath, sound, and emotional expression to help release stored tension and restore a natural sense of aliveness in the body.

 

It is inspired by body-oriented approaches such as bioenergetics and Reichian work, where the body is seen as a place where emotional experience is held and can be processed.
